What Is Womb Healing? Why Do You Need To Heal Your Womb Space?

While men express their pain through aggression, movement or action, women usually store it in their wombs.

I’m not saying this to perpetuate a stereotype. Women have traditionally been considered weaker than their male counterparts. Many of us are not respected or loved for the entirety of our lives. Our opinions are rejected long before they are heard.

We are persecuted long before we are understood. This is why women across nations have learnt to suppress their pain.

Let me ask you a question. What does it mean to be a woman? Can you answer this question without oending someone you love?

While we may have dierent desires and aspirations, a question as simple as this should not be dificult to answer.

But, in this day and age, you cannot possibly answer it.

You shouldn’t have to explain yourself to others. You shouldn’t have to question or doubt who you are for the sake of political correctness.

What Is Womb Healing?

Women learn to reject themselves long before men in their lives make them second-guess their beliefs.

The sanctity of our bodies, values, thoughts and opinions needs to be protected.

This is why we need to heal our wombs.
Womb healing is a symbolic representation of us taking our power back.
We are bombarded with messages from a young age that chip away at our self-worth.

These messages can come from societal expectations, media portrayals, and even ohand comments from our family or peers. This constant drip of negativity can lead to a deep-seated feeling of “not being enough” that takes root long before any external criticism.

We start to question ourselves, our desires, and our capabilities. This internalized rejection is like a seed waiting to sprout, making us vulnerable to having our beliefs undermined by others.

However, womb healing is not a new-age healing technique. Our grandmothers have been doing it for ages. And, it’s time for us to honour our legacy.

Womb healing is a symbolic journey of reconnecting with our deepest selves. It’s about acknowledging and releasing internalised negativity, self-doubt, and past hurts. Through this process, we reclaim our power. We can learn to trust our intuition, celebrate our bodies, and embrace our full potential. Womb healing is a reclamation of our right to exist authentically, free from societal pressures or external expectations.

How To Heal Your Womb?

You do not need to do elaborate rituals to heal your womb. Take a red ribbon and use it to make an ininity sign. Repeat the following sentences 13 times out loud:

‘The womb is not the place to store fear and pain. It is my right and my destiny. I set my womb free. I honour it as I choose to honour my path. I believe in me. It is enough for me. It always has been and always will be. I reclaim my power.’

You can repeat this simple incantation once every moon cycle (or during your periods).

The average menstrual cycle is around 28 days. This means a person who menstruates might have roughly 13 cycles a year.

Also, many ancient cultures followed lunar calendars based on the phases of the moon. There are roughly 13 full moons in a solar year.
This is why the number 13 is used to represent femininity.
Working with this number will help you gently release your doubts and fears.

Our wombs also represent the creator. It represents the chaos that first created life on Earth.

A womb also represents a portal between life and death (seen and unseen). This is why women across the ages have been associated with witchcraft.

Women were believed to be vulnerable, weak and therefore prone to temptation.

Our gifts have been disrespected time and time again. It is time for us to challenge the status quo.

During your periods, you can also oer your menstrual blood to womb keepers (guardians of feminity). This will help you contribute to the healing of the planet. It will also help you embrace and accept yourself.

Final Words

The irst step towards being loved by others is to love yourself. We have a long, challenging road ahead of us. It is time for us to ight.

Women are not the only ones who need to heal their womb space. Men need to protect their sacral chakras as well. This will make them more intuitive and sensitive to the world around them.

It will also help them safely process their emotions. You are the only one who can heal yourself, whether you are a man or a woman. Always remember that.
