Some areas of our lives we can change and this give us confidence. Some scenarios we cannot change and therefore we learn to work with them and accept them as part of our life’s journey and move to the next stage that brings the best version out of us.
Each of us are required to play our part in decision-making and taking action if required. Asking for extra help is a sign of strength. If we can look at alternative perspectives, we give room for growth and with Growth comes more opportunities for us.

Jaya Nayyar is the Founder and Creator of Epicentre Healing. She feels Fortunate to have Awareness and Interest in the Mind, Body and Spirit field for 18+ years now. Studying Molecular Biology at University, followed by a Wealth of Self Educating and Visiting Practitioners ..
